What these terms cover

By using fobb.works you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

They apply to the website itself: browsing it, submitting the contact form, talking to the AI assistant, and booking a call. They do not describe the terms of any project we agree to carry out for you.

What we do

FobbWorks helps small businesses automate repetitive work and simplify how they operate.

The service descriptions on this site are a general summary written to help you decide whether to get in touch. They are not a specification. What we actually deliver is whatever is set out in the written quote or agreement we send you.

Prices and quotes

Prices shown on this site are in Danish kroner and are marked as starting points. They are there to give you a realistic sense of cost. They are not a binding offer.

The only binding price is the one in a written quote we send you for your specific project. Prices shown on the site may change at any time without notice.

Intro calls

Intro calls are booked through Calendly and are free. Booking one places no obligation on either side, and either of us can reschedule or cancel it.

The AI assistant

This site includes an AI voice assistant. It is automated software, not a person, and its answers are generated in real time.

It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Nothing it says is a binding quote, professional advice, or a commitment on our behalf. Please do not share sensitive personal or business information with it, and confirm anything that matters with us by email.

Content and ownership

The text, design, graphics and code on this site belong to FobbWorks unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to read the site and link to it.

You may not copy substantial parts of it, or reuse its design or content commercially, without our written permission. Third-party logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the tools we work with.

Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
• Disrupt the site or degrade it for other people, including by automated scraping at scale
• Submit false information, or someone else's personal data, through the contact form or the assistant

Limits of liability

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything on it is complete and current.

To the extent Danish law allows, FobbWorks is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on anything on it, including anything said by the AI assistant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute arising from them will be heard by the Danish courts.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
